Nvard is a media manager and consultant with over a decade of experience in both local and international media. She worked as the Armenian correspondent for the international news agency Reuters, covering sociopolitical and economic developments in the country. Nvard also served as a multimedia producer at the regional platform Chai Khana, where she coordinated the work of aspiring young journalists from Armenia and from closed societies like Nagorno-Karabakh, Abkhazia, and South Ossetia. She brings experience in filmmaking, having created two short documentaries and one short fiction film.
