Masa Elezovic

Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Manager

Maša is a feminist practitioner from Montenegro, currently based in Serbia, with experience working at the intersection of feminist funding, digital organizing, and cross-border movement support. Her work is grounded in care-based, participatory, and politically engaged approaches to resourcing feminist movements, with an emphasis on transparency, shared ownership of data and knowledge, and non-extractive practices.

With a background in design and communications, Maša brings a narrative-driven sensibility to her work, supporting organizations and funds in shaping strategies, processes, and stories that reflect their values in practice. This perspective also informs her approach to partnerships, helping align resources, expectations, and political commitments. She has also been part of an informal feminist collective that used humor, co-creation, and everyday storytelling as ways of building community, visibility, and feminist discourse.
