Erika is an experienced NGO leader and women’s rights advocate from Hungary, with a long-term commitment to human rights, intersectional feminist work, and community-based support. She brings a values-led, reflective approach that combines strategic thinking with a strong systems view of how organizations and social change connect.
With more than 15 years of experience, Erika has supported many different types of initiatives to strengthen their strategy, structure, and impact. She is known for building trust-based partnerships and nurturing long-term collaborations, coalitions, and regional cooperation—even with limited resources. She previously led the EMMA Association as Executive Director, currently is an Advisory Board member of the ASTRA Network.
As part of the Dalan team, Erika works in an embedded role to help shape strategy, strengthen values-based structures and operations, and support organisational health and integrity.
